Upon paying me for a commission, you are acknowledging and agreeing to the following in this entire document, PLEASE read thoroughly:► My Terms of Service.
► You are at least 18 years old.
► All owners of characters in commissions have agreed to the commission purchased.
► All Commissions are to be paid upfront in full before work begins, unless a payment plan is agreed upon. Work begins after final payment is received.
► You are paying me for a service, NOT the piece itself. All money received for any commissioned work is considered payment for my labor.
Invoices MUST be paid within 48 hours (unless spoken about otherwise) or your slot will be reissued.In your form or email, please also let me know the following, if applicable:
► If the piece is intended as a gift/should be held as a surprise until certain time.
► If you require completion before a certain date. I do accept rush work with a fee depending on how soon you need the piece, so please let me know what you need.Contact
To get in contact with me concerning a commission, use any venue of communication listed in my links on my site. I prefer NOT to use FA note system, since it’s very hard to stay organized that way. Weekends hours may vary.What I Will NOT Draw
Underage characters in NSFW scenarios, Incest, Characters referred to inappropriately (slurs, etc), NSFW Feral/Pokemon, Extreme muscle/weight (if unsure, please ask me about your character, I would be happy to take a look!), Scat, Art promoting hate/violence/racism, Gore. Other than that, I will do most anything else! Just ask me first if it’s a concern!My Personal Characters

Is not a way to get in contact with me about a commission you are currently waiting on a piece or future commissions. I consider this to be rude and inappropriate. Contact me via any venue of communication listed in my links on my site privately concerning your piece or future commissions.References
►Please include proper references for your characters that clearly depict what you want (skin color/height/”bits” style etc) It is up to you to provide an accurate reference for all body parts that are unique to your character.
►Skin/flesh/bits tones will be picked from inner ear color/mouth color and vice versa if not clearly visible on reference images. As a policy, I do not browse through your gallery to find something, due to potential inconsistencies in gallery images. If I miss something that is not specified in either your references or form, I will not change it without a fee.Uploading
You have every right to upload the piece of artwork I make for you AS LONG as you give credit to me in the description. Other than that, do not feel threatened to upload my artwork at any time (even before I do, its cool!)Copyright
I retain copyright to every work of art I produce. Merchandise is not permitted to be produced/distributed with my artwork unless we speak about a copyright license. As a courtesy due to the intimate nature of my work, I will ask permission of each client for the reproduction to sell/redistributed as prints, and similar physical printed merchandise.Payment Options
I ONLY accept PayPal/Ko-Fi as a payment option at this timeCommission Process
When I receive your form, I usually send out a PayPal invoice within 48 hours, after payment I will begin work on your piece. Feel free to reach out about progress at any time! When I am completed, I will send you the HD size of your piece either over email or wherever we commonly discuss your piece.Time Limit
My turnarounds are usually 1 month for any sketch pieces, and 2 months for larger pieces. These timeframes vary depending on my workload, personal life situations and physical well being. If you need a piece for a specific due date, I do offer due date completion services for a fee depending on how quickly the piece is needed. Please contact me if needed.Rush Jobs
I do charge a fee considering how quickly you need your piece to be completed, which varies. Please contact me if this is required. However, never heckle me into finishing your piece quickly. This could result in a refund and a spot on my blacklist.Private Commissions
I will ALWAYS upload my work. I can upload a piece with the name unlisted/anonymous if requested. As an artist, I reserve the right to upload all of my art UNLESS the fee of 42% has been paid to keep it unposted. To remove a piece from my gallery, the privacy fee must also be paid. Art is my advertisement, please respect this.Idea Change
►You have the right to change your idea if I have not started on it! You may not change said idea if i have started your commission. (Unless you are willing to pay an extra fee to start over, price may vary on how far I am into the commission.)
►If you change your idea to a more complicated image, be prepared to pay extra for additional items not agreed on prior.
I reserve the right to decline any commission for any reason and the right to terminate a commission in progress which will result in a refund.WIPs / Editting
► All Commissioners are entitled to seeing a preview of the piece upon request.
► I work best with artistic freedom. Only order artistic freedom if you are completely comfortable on my discretion of how I take your piece.
► If you do not like a pose or a major change in the image you do not get a free do-over. Please specify what you want beforehand. If you still want a major change, be prepared to pay correction fees.
► DO NOT under no circumstances edit the picture yourself!! You are defacing my work and could hurt my reputability as an artist by altering the style of my art, PLEASE contact me about edits if you need them!!
► Each piece is different as far as possible changes go (sometimes changes can't be made depending how far into the piece I am). If you're concerned about the exact look of your piece, please stay in contact with me through the process of the commission. Though be aware, some changes may be subject to a charge!
► Changes will not be done after six months of initial completion. There are no exceptions to this rule, unless for gender identity/change reasons.
► If I miss/forget a detail in your piece that was clearly stated in the commission form, I’m at fault and I will fix it! But only once, so be sure to tell me in one response what exactly I missed!
► Details that were not listed in the form might be missed and are not applicable to the above rule. All details MUST be written in the commission form.Adoptables
If you buy a character(s) from me, you have every right to change or do with them as you please. The piece of artwork that I give you has to be credited. Getting artwork of said character is okay!Auctions
All auctions will have rules listed on the submission/advertisement. If you do not follow said rules before and after the auction has ended, you will not be able to enter in future auctions.Refunds
Refunds are NOT permitted for any completed work. Please make sure you look at my gallery and terms of service before making the decision to place an order with me. Paying me for an order ensures you are confident in my skill and style. Be aware that you are paying me for my time and physical ability to produce a piece. Refunds are ONLY permitted for uncompleted work with a 20% non negotiable non refundable booking fee (not including completed work, example : $100 order, I complete $20 worth of work, you will only receive 80% back of $80, which would be $64). Please be aware of my terms before placing an order, my refund policy is firm. PayPal chargebacks will automatically result in lifetime blacklist please contact me with any refund requests first.TOS Breakage
Any breakages to my TOS after agreement to these terms (which is automatic after your first payment) especially in reference to the payments/refund policy may result in public or private notification to my artist/client peers of the situation for them to act accordingly moving forward.
